Une fois retirée du feu rajoutez les amandes pilées, mélangez le tout pour obtenir une pâte.
Pâte :
Mélangez dans une coupe l'huile, l'eau tiède, 2 pincées de sel et l'oeuf, ajoutez la farine et faites une pâte homogène.
Laissez reposer la pâte environ 2 heures.
Etalez la pâte très finement et coupez des rectangles grands ou petits,
Formez des petites barres de pâte d'amandes, comme les barres de chocolats que l’on trouve dans les pains aux chocolats.
Placez la farce en haut de la pâte et roulez-la comme un cigare.
Préparez votre friteuse, et placez les cigares dans cette friteuse.
